Dana’s art has been exhibited at several Phoenix locations including the Unexpected Art Gallery, Eye Lounge, Arizona Artists Guild, Carl T. Hayden VA Medical Center and at the Mayo Hospital. He is actively exploring dot art and mindfulness. Dot art often requires time and patience. The intense focus creating each dot helps quiet the mind, pushing away distracting thoughts. The slow, deliberate process of dot painting helps cultivate a sense of calm and reduces stress.
